WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
we ship worldwide, we offer free shipping on all UK orders. Average delivery for free shipping is 3-5 days, all orders are shipped within 24hours of purchase, unfortunately i cannot guarantee delivery times or dates but i can provide a tracking reference number provided by royal mail.
CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
give us a email as soon as possible or contact us on our live chat. once your order has been packed, it cannot be altered.
if you wish to get a refund, you should return unused products within 7 days of your purchase. carefully pack your items the same way they arrived, give us a email and you will see a refund post in your account within 1-3 business days after the refund is issued. if a returned item comes back broken or used a refund will not be issued.
